Role Description

You'll be the person clients hear from first — clear communication and prompt responses are the baseline.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound enquiries, coordinate internally, and make sure nothing gets missed. The work is straightforward but requires someone who pays attention, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
