Position Overview

Work Hours: Full-time, 09:00–17:00 (local time)

As a Customer Service Associate at Asset Access, you will support day-to-day client communication and internal coordination within a structured working environment. The role focuses on organisation, responsiveness, and maintaining clear, reliable information flow between clients and internal teams.
You will not provide financial advice, handle client funds, process payments, or participate in investment decision-making. Your contribution is centred on service quality, documentation support, and ensuring enquiries are addressed accurately, consistently, and professionally.
